This is a simple plan whereby we we offer Per Ticket Support and charges are on ticket basis. The rates vary as the number of tickets increase. It involves basic server monitoring and emergency live tech support. Being an elementary plan, it does not support server administration. As per this plan, you will be assisted by Level 1 Support Staff of Assistanz.
